December Sherman boarded a flight from Orlando to Minneapolis when it was reportedly delayed without explanation, which frustrated many of the passengers. The mum allegedly had politely asked the flight attendant why they were delayed and the flight attendant reportedly walked away without answering her question. When the attendant came back, the mother voiced her frustration at the employee before they asked the mum and her twins to exit the plane. Unhappy with the decision, the mother questioned the attendant and noted her two sleeping children next to her but the employee just reiterated that she needed to get off the plane. Shelby said: “Before boarding the flight, I heard on the intercom that they would pay passengers a decent amount to change flights. “We got on the plane but were told it would be a short delay but it wasn’t and everyone seemed frustrated because the flight just kept getting delayed. “The lady asked a flight attendant why the flight was delayed and if they fixed the issue they had with the plane that delayed the flight in the first place. “She voiced her frustration but wasn't rude at all. “That's when the flight attendant came back and kicked her off the flight. I was so upset because they didn't have a real reason. “Next thing I know people step onto the plane and fill the open seats and I was really confused by this. “I was so frustrated by this situation that I wanted people to know that this was so disappointing, frustrating and sad.” ARK Media have reached out to Frontier Flights for a comment.
