But failing to follow the advice, the inept Sudan dug into the sandy beach in Outer Banks, North Carolina. Despite being labelled as a 4x4-only beach, the low-clearance vehicle driver still ventured to the shoreline. The inevitable happened and the car was stuck in the sand which prompted Steven to call for the tow truck which cost the owner $500.
