- Title Finance Manager At Cardealership Reveals Suspicious Deal He Encountered
- Summary This man works at a car dealership as a finance manager and revealed how he suspected a customer had allegedly stolen information from their co-signer, in a clip that has gained 2.6 million views on TikTok. On April 23, Constantine Bouris recounted how a customer came into the car dealership in Dallas and informed a salesperson that they needed a car quickly but had a low credit score. As her credit score was low the salesperson reportedly told the customer she would need a co-signer and she immediately found one with a much higher score, making Constantine suspicious. After allegedly checking the background of the co-signee, Constantine’s concerns were raised because the person reportedly lived in assisted living and only had a small mortgage. More red flags were raised when the co-signer had already reportedly filled out an online application for the customer to receive a car and could not come to the dealership to show identification because they were on holiday. He requested the co-signer send a copy of their ID to the customer's phone but Constantine was still wary so he decided to postpone the deal till the customer could provide a hard copy of the ID. Constantine said “Everything about the deal didn’t add up. “As a manager at a dealership, the first rule is to protect the dealership from any fraudulent activity.”
