Nicolas Teran, who now goes by the name Nikita, was at home in Stockholm, when they decided to reveal to their sisters that they have been detransitioning for the last year. When meeting with family, Nikita had reportedly been dressing up more masculine as to hide their detransition from their relatives, until they were ready to open up. However, on November 9, Nikita told her sister face to face that they had begun transitioning and her sister welcomed this with open arms, though was shocked at the revelation. Since then, Nikita has also opened up to their other sibling, who also accepted the news and was completely understanding, which was a big relief to Nicolas. Nikita has also taken to TikTok to share videos of them going through their clothes and embracing masculine clothes whilst identifying as female and even reveals how deep their voice is. Nikita said: “Since detransitioning, I have taken on a very hyper feminine style in clothing so I wanted to go through my male clothes to find my favourite clothing and see if I could still feel some joy wearing them, and I did! “I've been identifying as a transman from the ages of 17 to 23 and I am about to turn 25 meaning that I have for the last one and a half years been detransitioning and living as female. “After using testosterone for about four years my voice has permanently become deeper, although since stopping it has softened a bit but never to how it was before. “I've been scared of telling my family about this, which has resulted in me presenting and pretending to be male when I am with them. “I think my biggest fear is thinking that I'm going to cause another emotional rollercoaster with this new transition.
