Tasteless Vodka: Baking Soda and Salt Hack

Jenna Hassen, 19 is a dancer/model in Calgary, Canada who attempted the viral vodka and baking soda hack, removing the 'burn' from harder spirits.

The video posted to TikTok on September 11, 2021 has been viewed 16.3 million times.

Jenna said "I had read about a trick that supposedly removed the burn from hard liquor. I was extremely sceptical, so my roommate joined me in testing it out to prove it was fake."

Adding "to our surprise, despite the subtle flavour left from the alcohol, the burn was non-existent."
