"All of my videos are based on what goes on when working in a pub, either front of house or behind the scenes. I am GM at The Buck where I started working 15 years ago as a 14 year old pot wash and have filled almost every role in my time here: from waiting on to washing pots, serving on the bar to answering phones I’m the office, head chef to general manager, you name it I’ve done it! I look forward to many more years running this pub that means so much to me!" said Dan.
