• Title Red Carpet Walk Ends in Ridiculous Face Plant
• Summary After this woman strutted down the red carpet, she accidentally crashed to the floor face-first. The footage of Hlengiwe Dlamini was recorded in Johannesburg, South Africa. She walked before pausing to dance to the music, but when she stepped once more, she caught a protruding edge and fell to the ground comically. Hlengiwe said, “I was very shocked and embarrassed as it's a public place, a chilling lounge, and I just lay there until bouncers came to pick me up.”
